Launch of the Personal MediaPod
Utopria announced today the launch of their Personal MediaPod service. The platform is based on their successful MediaPod platform.
"The Personal MediaPod allows Real Estate Sales Representatives
to have a web presence
in cases where they have no active listings of their own," says
Marty Lachance, President of Utopria. "It is a custom web site
for Sales Representatives, but with much more technology running at
the back end."
The new tool offers access to flexible dynamic content, active
listings as well the ability to selectively showcase other listings
within the Brokerage.
The Personal MediaPod is not simply a tool for Sales Representatives and home buyers. It is a web portal for home sellers as well. Sellers are able to log in to view all interactive marketing activity on their property. This includes calls, and MediaPod visits. It even provides the ability to review feedback from visitors.
