Q. If I'm using your IVR service, what is the charge per minute when homebuyers call to listen to the property description?

A. $0.00! We don't charge you for calls from homebuyers. We also don't charge for any messages you receive. You can receive your voice mail and instant messages....all at no extra cost.

Q. My home seller wants a yard sign to provide drive-by homebuyers with instant access to their property information. Can you help me with this?

A. Yes! We always recommend a yard sign that prompts people to call for information. Both home sellers and buyers love this service, and our Sales Representatives benefit by capturing new leads.

We can produce any style of yard sign. You provide us with the dimensions and colors and we'll send you the art work that can be printed at your local print shop.

Q. Can the recording I created by phone be played on the web?

A. Yes! Pick up the phone, talk about your property and hang up. This recording is instantly playable from the MediaPod™, which can then be linked to ANY website... including your MLS system. You don't have to upload any sound files.

Q. I love your system but I just don't have the time to record property messages. Can you record it for me?

A. Yes. For a flat fee, we can do it all. We will have a virtual tour done, property photos, floor plans, open house dates and online videos. We'll send you the link to your MediaPod™ and you can place it on ANY website.

Q. When a homebuyer calls in to listen to my property, can you forward them to my cell or office phone?

A. No. We offered this paid service in the past. We found that the majority of Sales Representatives preferred not to receive leads this way. Remember the IVR system is operating 24/7, homebuyers may call at any time of day. We allow the homebuyer to instantly page you with a callback request or they may leave you a voicemail message.

Q. Can I promote things other than my property listings?

A. Yes!. This is why Utopria is the leader in this field. We allow you to promote any of your services with audio over the phone or Internet. We also allow you to use MediaPod™ video to promote any real estate related topic.

Q. Why would I use MediaPod™ videos instead of a free service like YouTube?

A. For several reasons. You can't place videos on your MLS system, and this is where most homebuyers look for properties. Sales Representative websites generally receive very few homebuyer visits, but our MediaPod™ is directly linked to any MLS system.

Free video service companies like YouTube offer a great service, but the quality and content of these videos is often poor. We host videos from Sales Representatives that are professionally produced and have content that buyers and sellers are looking for. Our customers can choose to use their own videos or use our generic productions that provide valuable information for both homebuyers and sellers.

Q. I own a brokerage, can I offer these services as my own to my Sales Representatives?

A. Yes. This is our White Label plan. With this, you essentially own your entire interactive media platforms. Sign up any/all of your Sales Representatives within the Brokerage. This plan is the most cost-effective. Our current Brokerages subscribe to this plan at little or no cost. Ask us how we do this...

Q. Can I measure my success with these services?

A. Yes! Both Sales Representatives and Brokerages can view all activity with their IVR and MediaPod™ platforms. You'll be able to view charts that quickly show your best referral sources so that you may tailor your marketing budget accordingly.

Q. Can homebuyers at the curb use a PDA such a BlackBerry or cell phone to get property information?

A. Yes! This is our RealMobility™ service. Unlike other text based systems, we allow homebuyers complete access to your property listing information. They can also set up viewing, view open house dates, read your bio, view floor plans....right from the curb.
